Back and stomach sleepers should choose a soft or medium pillow to avoid straining their neck.
Side sleepers need a firmer pillow to maintain spinal alignment.

Room Zero Zero pillows are available with a microfiber filling (Serenity) for a good comfort-to-maintenance ratio, and with a natural down/feather filling (Prestige, Suprême) for the soft feel typical of luxury hotels. Natural filling generally offers the best sensory experience.

Yes, Room Zero Zero pillows come with a removable cover. It is recommended to use a protective pillowcase to facilitate maintenance and extend the life of the filling.

In residential use, a hotel-quality pillow lasts on average 3 to 5 years. Regular maintenance and the use of a protector can significantly extend its lifespan.
